DS as president, one page, 13 x 9, July 27, 1819. President Monroe signs a land grant for David Long of Virginia. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Monroe and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office. In very good condition, with moderate storage folds, scattered toning and soiling and light overall wrinkling.
