Taney,” one page, 7.5 x 3.5, docketed in another hand on the reverse “1807.” A document evidently involving the case Richard L. Head vs. Henry Leatherman, including the notations “Debt £940” and, above the signature, “per as above.” In fine condition, with a touch of mild toning and very faint offsetting, and a few tiny chips at edges, well away from writing.
