An “Order of the People’s Commisar of Defense of the USSR,” marked “Secret” regarding the reforming of the corps railroads yard into the Central Military Railroads Yard No. 3. Document reads, “This corps yard of the Special Railroad Troops Corps, maintained under staff No. 13/614, is to be excluded from the structure of the Special Corps units and by ‘30’ September to be re-formed into Central Military Railroads Yard No. 3, stationed in the city of Ulan-Ude.” Signed at the conclusion in green pencil, “J. Stalin,” and countersigned and agreed to by L. Kaganovich.
