In part, “I congratulate you on the friendly spirit manifested by the Republicans of your Congressional District.” McKinley adds a short postscript at the bottom, “Kind remembrances to Mrs. Tyner in which Mrs. McKinley joins.” In fine condition, with two horizontal mailing folds and a light shade of toning.
