Color 6 x 9 book portrait of seated, elderly Edison, wearing a very dark blue suit and holding a book on his knee, affixed to a large page, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To C.A. Leasenfeld, Thos. A. Edison,” on the page beneath the image. In the lower left corner, in another hand, is the date “May 1927.” In very good condition, with a tear repaired on the reverse working in diagonally from the left margin, near but not touching the first stroke of the signature, edge toning.
