Thirteen hundred thirty-three and a third acres “north of the Ohio and between Little Miami and Viola rivers…” Boldly and largely (seven inches!) signed by Jackson and countersigned by Elijah Hayward, Commissioner of the General Land Office. Intact wafer seal. In very good, though somewhat fragile, condition, with usual folds (one vertical fold through signature), a couple of very small areas of paper loss at fold intersections, scattered areas of toning, irregularly trimmed upper right corner.
