Williams,” with approximately 125 words in Williams’ hand. A land deed. In part: “Know Ye that I Jacob Buell of Lebanon in the Colony of Connecticut for the Consideration of the sum of Forty one pounds, six shillings in full money Received to my satisfaction, of Solomon Williams…Do Give, Grant, Sell…the above…Premises.” Also docketed and signed by William Williams on the reverse. In very good condition, with rusty paperclip marks to right edge, fragile folds, even overall toning and a few small holes along folds. R&R COA.
