In part: “I have given Mr. Volney permission to …my publication as you print it, and the object of this is to request that you will compile a copy of it…addressed to him, to the care of any friend of his who asks for it properly authorized by him,” matted and framed with a 19th century engraving of Monroe and a small plaque to an overall size of 19.5 x 12.5.
