Prussian statesman and First Chancellor of the German Empire. Fountain pen signature, “Otto von Bismark” adding his title after his signature, on an off-white 5.25 x 1 clipped slip. Slip is affixed to a 6.5 x 8 album page, along with a portrait of Bismark. In fine condition, with several vertical folds and several partial words and ink strokes, none affecting signature.
