Vellum DS as president, one page, 13 x 8.25, June 26, 1818. President Monroe grants Simon Baker of Champaign County a quarter lot between the Miami rivers. Signed at the bottom in black ink by Monroe and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office.
