Military discipline document, in part (translated): "Sire, the former artillery second lieutenant, Madia Renato, has been served with an arrest warrant issued by the Special Court for the Defense of the State on November 8, 1935, as he is accused of disclosing information concerning the security of the State. Pursuant to articles 36, 37, and 62 of the law on the status of officers, Madia must be provisionally suspended from his rank. I therefore have the honor to submit to Your Majesty’s August Signature the attached draft decree that provides for this measure." Boldly signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Benito Mussolini. In fine condition, with small binding holes along the left edge.
