Chase, all dated 1864, on individual 6.5 x 8 pages excised from an album, still bound together; plus separate ink signatures of Secretary of War Simon Cameron, Attorney General James Speed, and private secretary John Hay on cards and slips, ranging in size from 3.75 x 2.25 to 5 x 3.
