Clinton,” one page, 8 x 4, September 30, 1810. Handwritten receipt for a 4-year rental agreement between George Clinton and Abel French for 100 acres and the harvest of 280 bushels of wheat. Signed at the conclusion by Clinton. In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing and small edge tears.
