President Monroe grants David Morrow, Jr., “a private in Campbell company of the third Regiment of Rifleman a certain Tract of Land containing One hundred and Sixty acres.” Signed at the conclusion by James Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. The lower left corner retains the original off-white seal. Framed to an overall size of 15.75 x 12.75. In very good condition, with overall wrinkling, soiling, and dampstaining to the edges.
