Vintage menu for the opening banquet held for “Olympic Competitors and Officials” in the King's Hall at the Holborn Restaurant in London on July 21, 1908, two pages, 4.5 x 7.25, signed on the front cover and inner pages in pencil and ink by over 30 attendees, including American flag bearer Ralph Rose (gold medal in the shot put), British sport shooters John Fleming, Arthur Carnell, and William Pimm (each winning gold in their respective events), William Henry Grenfell, Baron Desborough (Chairman of the British Olympic Association in 1908), and more. In fine condition, with light marks and toning.
