Signed and inscribed on the half-title page in black felt tip, "To Imelda, Andy W.," drawing a full-page sketch of a heart; on the opposite side of the page, Warhol writes his initials, address, and phone number: "A. W., 860 Broadway, 475-5550." In fine to very fine condition, with foxing to the top edge of the textblock. Consignor notes that the recipient was Imelda Marcos, the first lady of the Philippines, one of Warhol's friends and associates. The 860 Broadway address was home to Warhol's third 'Factory,' which occupied an entire floor of the six-story building from 1974 until 1984. A fantastic association piece signed by the iconic pop artist.
