TLS signed “Yours—Errol,” one page, 8.5 x 11, October 1, 1959. Letter to Justin Golenbock, in part: "Nice talking to you this morning. I overlooked one thing aside from asking you to proceed against Mahon. I don't think I should have any further discussions with Pat, legally or personally, until my personal possessions are returned, to which she has no right. I refer to furniture, etc. that she put in storage in Los Angeles...Some of the possessions that Pat has are as follows: My silver elephant, grandmother clock, antique captains desk, large amount of ingraved silver, many valuable first edition books, paintings, etc. etc., all personal stuff." In fine condition. An interesting letter, with Flynn making reference to his estranged wife, Patrice Wymore; at the time, he was having an illicit affair with the 17-year-old Beverly Aadland, and would tragically die in her arms just two weeks later, on October 14, 1959.
