Vintage matte-finish 9 x 13.25 full-length photo of MacArthur as Chief of Staff of the US Army, signed in the lower border in fountain pen, "With cordial regards, Douglas MacArthur, Jan. 5. 1932." Lower right corner bears the embossed stamp of the United States Army Signal Corps. In very good condition, with staining in the borders, short tears to the bottom edge, and a horizontal crease passing through MacArthur's cap.
