Original circa 1930s hand-drawn political cartoon by Milton R. Halladay, accomplished in ink and white crayon on a 15 x 16.5 sheet of heavyweight illustration paper, entitled "Look Who's Driving Now!" The cartoon shows an allegorical "Congress" car towing President Franklin D. Roosevelt in a trailer marked "New Deal Plans," heading down the road toward a "Spending Relief Cut." Signed in the lower corner by the artist, "Halladay." In fine condition, with light soiling to the borders.
