Description

The 33rd Vice President of the United States (1888-1965) who also served as the 11th Secretary of Agriculture and the 10th Secretary of Commerce. He founded the Progressive Party and stood as its presidential nominee in the 1948 presidential election. Vintage matte-finish 7.75 x 11 photo, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen, "For Joseph Leib, Henry A. Wallace.” In very good to fine condition, with a light vertical bend to the right background area, some light silvering, and small creases to the corner tips.
