Polish chemist, politician, and longest-serving president of Poland (1867-1946), who was serving as president when Germany invaded the country on September 1, 1939, starting World War II. Fountain pen signature of Ignacy Moscicki on an off-white 4.75 x 3 card bearing typed collector's notations. In fine condition.
