National League uniform player’s contract in which Sal Maglie agrees to render "skilled services as a baseball player during the year 1955” for the New York Giants, for a salary of $35,000. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Maglie and countersigned by Giants Owner Horace Stoneham and General Manager Chub Feeney. Later in the season, Maglie was traded to the Cleveland Indians, which is noted below and approved by American and National League Presidents William Harridge and Warren Giles, both of whom sign the document.
