Brad Delp's yellow songwriting legal pad, 8.5 x 12, with the first eleven pages filled out in pencil and ballpoint with his handwritten working lyrics, some of which appears to be unpublished material. Known songs include RTZ's 'Every Door is Open,' 'Talk to Me,' 'Rise Above It All,' and 'I'm on a Roll.' Some excerpts include: "Nothin' is impossible / and time is on your side / and with tomorrow comes - a brand new morning"; "I'm sorry if I made you cry / I didn't mean to cause you pain / Sorry bout the attitude / It's somethin bout love in vain"; and "You say we're through and you don't want to fight / You say I've been cruel to you - and I guess your right / well before you haul out that ball and chain / I'm not the only one who's to blame." In fine condition, with general handling wear. From the Brad Delp Collection, and accompanied by a letter of provenance from Micki Delp.
