"As you know most of my selections that day ran in the money—but not first!"

ALS signed “Omar N. Bradley,” one page, 7 x 10, personal five-star letterhead, June 14, 1963. Letter to longtime Democratic Party strategist Charles Tyroler II, in full: "Thanks for making the bet for me in the 10th race and for collecting it for me. As you know most of my selections that day ran in the money—but not first! Glad that one of them won. I hope to see you again before the season ends." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope addressed in Bradley's hand.
