Release form, in full: "You have my permission to print my name in connection with the menu entitled 'Dinner in Paris' in the Second Edition of Betty Crocker's Picture Cook Book." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Dior. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing.
