Description

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 19.75, February 21, 1916. President Wilson appoints Henry W. Hall as "First Lieutenant of Cavalry in the service of the United States." Signed at the conclusion by Wilson, and countersigned by Acting Secretary of War Hugh L. Scott. Blue War Office seal remains affixed to lower left corner. In fine condition, with a paperclip impression along the upper left edge and Wilson's signature a couple of shades light.
