Flown sterling ‘Silver Snoopy’ pin carried on the Space Shuttle Columbia during the STS-109 mission from March 1–12, 2002. Pin measures approximately .5″ tall, and is marked on the reverse with “United Features Syndicate,” a capital “R,” and “STER.” Retains its clutch backing and includes its original plastic case. In fine condition. This was one of 100 ‘Silver Snoopy’ awards flown on STS-109, the last successful flight of Columbia before it was lost in 2003.
