Alabama land grant paid in full

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.5 x 9.5, December 1, 1826. President Adams grants almost 80 acres of land in Alabama to Joseph Guy. Signed at the conclusion by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Two vertical folds, light wrinkling and creasing, Adams’s signature a couple of shades light, as well as some of the written text, otherwise very good condition. The white wafer seal is cracked and worn, but intact. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
