Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.75, November 15, 1830. President Jackson grants 80 acres of land in Indiana to Calvin Russell. Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. In fine condition, with two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, a few spots of toning, and writing in the date area fairly light, but still legible. The white seal is worn, but intact. Jackson was the last president to sign land grants, with the signature on this example measuring an impressive 6.25″ long.
