Scarce twice-signed document

Manuscript DS, twice-signed “George R,” one page both sides, 11 x 18, no date. Document pertaining to financial matters for Regiments of Invalids, including yearly salaries for officers, and expenses including “a Coat, Waistcoat & Breeches, a hat, 2 Shirts, 2 Neckcloths, 1 pair of shoes, 1 pair of stockings, a Sword and Belt.” Signed at the top by George III and countersigned by Robert Walpole, William Clayton, and Thomas Winnington. Reverse bears a similar financial document, also signed at the top by George and countersigned by the three lords. In fine condition, with scattered foxing and toning, and some brushing to one of King George’s signatures. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
