In part: “I have received from the Plaintiffs, in the action against you, certain propositions for a compromise…which I shall accept. If adhered to on their part…you will be released, under the act, from all demands for cost and damages.” In very good condition, with scattered toning, small area of paper loss along one horizontal fold, a couple small pencil notations, and text a shade or two light, but still legible.
