Greeting card, 4.25 x 6, featuring a color illustration of two rabbits on the front and a further black and white illustration inside of a cat at a window, captioned, 'Tom Kitten's Mother lives in that house; I hope she is not looking,’ signed in fountain pen, “Beatrix Potter,” and inscribed by Potter to “Celia N. Edwards, Christmas 1936.” In fine condition, with a couple light creases and some trivial foxing. A great card that features two of Potter’s classic illustrations and a crisp, clean signature.
