Program from the groundbreaking ceremonies for the Eisenhower Memorial Hospital held on November 26, 1969, 4 x 9, four pages, signed on the front cover in black felt tip “Ronald Reagan.” Also signed on the cover in black felt tip by Bob Hope. In very good condition, with three horizontal creases, scattered toning and soiling, the tail of the “n” in Reagan’s last name slightly discolored due to one time exposure to moisture, and much of Hope’s signature missing due to irregular ink flow.
