Bank of America bank check, 5.75 x 2.5, filled out and signed by Reagan, payable to Teen-Age Community Club for $1.00, July 15, 1948. Archivally double cloth matted with a color likeness and framed to an overall size of 13.75 x 19.75. Faint vertical crease, expected cancellation holes, show-through from bank stamps on the reverse behind his signature, and a red pencil notation touching the last letter of his name, otherwise fine condition. Reagan was serving as president of the Screen Actors Guild in 1948 when those duties, coupled with mounting political ambitions, led his wife, actress Jane Wyman, to file for divorce.
