In full: “Received of Oliver Wolcott, comptroller of the Public Accounts, Eight pounds nineteen shillings & five pence Lawful Money, in four Certificates; being for the Interest on five State Notes, amounting to £149:10:3 computed to the first of February, A.D. 1789.” In fine condition.
