Two brief ALSs, both in French, both signed “F.F.” First is undated on a 4.5 x 7 sheet, and reads, in part: “Answer to Mr. Milleroy that I want to be with my family for the whole day of 2nd November”; the second is written on the upper portion of a typed letter to Foch, dated July 27, 1923, and reads, in part: “I could probably not go and see you in Bruxelles on 1st Sept[ember], for the annual meeting of officers of 1914-1918-war-campaigns.” In very good overall condition, with carbon stapled to front of second letter.
