Parker.” Accompanied by a hardcover edition of The National Capital Past and Present, signed and inscribed to Parker from author Stilson Hutchins. Both books were once loaned to the Fort Smith Historical Site, and are accompanied by copies of the letter and paperwork regarding the loan. In fair condition, with opening pages missing, covers and spine separated from inside pages, scattered light toning and soiling to signed page, as well as ink marks under signature, scattered wear and fraying to covers and spine, and fragile inside pages.
