Halner.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Pierce. Matted and framed with an engraved portrait of Pierce, to an overall size of 20 x 15. Thin vertical strip of toning, a bit of light toning under signature, and some scattered light wrinkling, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
