Engraved DS, signed “Wm. S. Fargo,” one page both sides, 12 x 9.5, June 24, 1869. A certificate for 20 shares of stock in the American Merchants Union Express Company issued to P. Mitchell of Dayton, Ohio. Light intersecting folds (away from signature), ink and punch cancellations, and a touch of mild soiling and handling wear, no faults to the large, dark signature, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
