Partly printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page on vellum, 15.25 x 9.5, February 24, 1827. A grant for a parcel of land in Wayne County, Ohio, issued to Ezekiel McFillin. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. In very good condition, with heavy vertical creases, light wrinkling, soiling and staining, and toning.
