Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 26.5 x 24. In fair condition, with intersecting folds (vertical fold through first name of signature), partial and complete separations (several tape repairs and associated stains touching text), trimmed edges, and a few chips, tears, and wrinkles. The signature is dark, clear, and otherwise unaffected. R&R COA. Oversized.
