Signed at the bottom in black ink by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. In good condition, with toning and soiling to left side from liquid exposure, small area of paper loss to left side, several other small areas of paper loss, moderate folds, intact but worn seal, a few fold separations and a large Jackson signature.
