Amendment to a previous agreement between Bogart and Santana Pictures concerning monetary payments to the producer for any radio and television programs, with Bogart receiving “a sum reasonably commensurate with the artist’s then current rate…but in no event, in excess of the monetary consideration received by the producer.” Boldly signed at the bottom by Bogart. In fine condition, with light horizontal folds, trivial hole to right side, punch and staple holes to top and a few light creases. R&R COA.
