Lot of two receipts from the store Splendiferous in New York City, dated November 19, 1965, and signed “J. Kennedy” on each in the lower left. Mrs. Kennedy purchased several items at this store that day, incuding a skirt, pants, a knit dress, stockings, and a suede jacket, among other items. The receipts are ornately double-matted and framed in red and gold to an overall size of 23 x 16.25. The receipts are accompanied by a photocopy of an article in the New York Times, dated November 24, 1965 detailing Mrs. Kennedy’s shopping trip to Splendiferous. In fine condition. R&R COA.
