President Jackson grants ninety acres of land in Indiana to James Mundell, signed at the bottom in black ink by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner Elijah Hayward. In very good condition, with scattered toning and soiling, paper loss to top and bottom edges and along one fold, small circular area of paper loss to top left, a crease through worn and cracked seal, with signature bold and largely unaffected.
