Signers are: Buzz Aldrin, Charles Conrad, Alan Bean, Alan Shepard, Edgar Mitchell, Charlie Duke, Harrison Schmitt, James Lovell, Fred Haise, Tom Stafford, Al Worden, Richard Gordon, and Frank Borman. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing to the lower left corner.
