Sought-after AQS, signed "William Peter Blatty," one page, 8.5 x 5.5, no date. Blatty pens a passage from his 1971 horror novel The Exorcist, writing the title at the top. In full: "Like the brief doomed flare of exploding suns that registers dimly on blind men's eyes, the beginning of the horror passed almost unnoticed; in the shriek of what followed, in fact, went unnoticed and perhaps was not connected to the horror at all." In very fine condition.
