Matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of Wayne dressed in Western attire and holding a rifle and pistol, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, "Dick – Hope we do another one soon, Duke, John Wayne, 1974.” In very good to fine condition, with a faint horizontal bend and a few pin holes. The recipient was Richard Kelly (1919-1995), a friend of Wayne’s who worked as a director of photography in Hollywood for 25 years.
