Partly-printed DS, signed “Edw'd Langworthy,” one page, 13 x 8, February 23, 1802. Export certificate issued at the Port of Baltimore for the Ship Diana, carrying "Seventy two Bales Cotton," signed at the conclusion by Edward Langworthy as a customs officer. In very good to fine condition, with tape and some dampstaining along the bottom edge, and chipping and fold separations to the edges, not affecting the signature. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
