ALS, penned on both sides of a 5 x 4 personal 27 rue de Fleurus stationery card (with circular "a rose is a rose is a rose" quotation), no date but postmarked 1926. Handwritten letter to a friend in Paris, arranging a casual get-together. In part: "I am asking him for tea to-morrow, Saturday, and we want you all." In very good condition, with overall creasing and light bends. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, addressed in Stein's own hand.
